There is a large frame around the print, which contrasts in color with the fabric and also feels different.
The discolouration is the residue of a fixing liquid. As soon as coloured textiles are printed, they must first be pre-treated with this liquid. Only then can the colour be anchored in the textile. The substance we use is harmless and certified to ÖKO-TEX Class 1 standards. Experience has shown that the colour fading described by you disappears after the cleaning process.
Please wash the textiles according to our instructions:
- Wash before wearing for the first time
- Maximum washing temperature 30° C
- Do not use liquid detergents
- Do not bleach
- Do not fabric softener
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron hot
- Do not dry clean
- Wash and iron inside out
If print or material defects are still recognisable, please contact us with detailed pictures via our [contact form].
Of course, your claim will not be invalidated by the washing process.
