How do I receive my invoice?
Please note that, for environmental and service reasons, we do not include a paper invoice in the package.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive the invoice by e-mail at the address you provided.
If you do not find the e-mail in your inbox, please also check the spam or junk folder of your e-mail account.
If you still have not received your invoice after checking, please contact our customer service via our contact form. We will then resend the invoice to you without delay.
