How to redeem a gift voucher or promotional code?

• Place the desired products in the shopping basket.
• When you have finished shopping, click on the ‘Shopping basket’ button and then on “Pay”
• Please enter your address and select the payment method
• On the ‘Check and order’ page, click on the ‘I have a voucher’ selection field (in the centre left of the page)
• If you are shopping via a mobile device, the field is located below the order overview
• Enter the code and confirm. When entering the code, please make sure that you type it in exactly, without spaces and with the correct capitalisation. This is the only way the voucher code can be recognised by our system.
• If your code is active, you will see the message ‘Voucher code active’ above the input field for the code.

Voucher code

A voucher code is topped up with credit. You will receive it as a refund from our customer service.

Promotional code

You receive a promotional code from Shirtinator as part of a discount campaign. You can redeem it once under the conditions specified in the promotion.
