Fair Wear is a building block of an ecologically sustainable, animal welfare-compliant and socially responsible supply chain. At its core, Fair Wear regulates:
- the limitation of working hours
- the free choice of workplace
- no exploitative child labour
- no discrimination in employment
- a legally binding employment contract must be concluded
- safe and healthy working conditions must prevail
- freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining must not be restricted
a living wage must be paid
