Your file should meet the following requirements:

File formats: PNG, JPG or BMP (vector files are not possible)
Minimum resolution 200 dpi, better 300 dpi
Maximum file size 25 MB

The size and resolution of the graphic can be checked, adjusted and changed in any standard photo editing programme, e.g. Photoshop.
