Information on copyright and the use of designs
Any designs you upload must not infringe on the rights of third parties and must comply with applicable laws.
This includes, in particular:
Copyrights (e.g., on images, illustrations, texts)
Trademark rights (protected logos, names, slogans)
Personal rights (images or names of individuals)
Prohibition of radical, discriminatory, or unconstitutional content
Rights clearance before use
To use a design (e.g., photo, logo, text) on Shirtinator, you must hold the necessary usage rights.
Check the legal status of the design in advance.
If you are not the original creator, obtain written permission from the rights holder.

Note: If a word or figurative trademark is registered in Nice Class 25 (clothing), its use on apparel is generally not permitted. You can check the Nice Class in TMView.

By uploading your design, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these rules, and that you will comply with them.
Consequences of violations
Unauthorized use of protected content can result in high costs. This also applies to defamatory, discriminatory, or unconstitutional content.
In the event of a rights violation, Shirtinator will refer the rights holder directly to the responsible party and may also assert its own claims for damages.
We actively review content and may remove suspicious designs without prior notice.
