What do I do if I have not received my order?
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days after payment, please follow these steps:
1. Check the shipment tracking
You will find the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or at www.shirtinator.com/orderstatus.
Simply enter the email address used for your order and your order number.
Check the current status of your shipment.
2. Check possible delivery locations
Ask neighbours, housemates, or your building manager.
See if the parcel was left at a designated drop-off location (e.g., garage, terrace).
Check your mailbox for a delivery notice card from the carrier.
3. If there is still no trace of your order
Contact our customer service via the contact form with the subject "Where is my order?".
Please provide:
Your order number
Whether you have checked all possible drop-off locations
Whether you have asked your neighbours
We will then take the next steps to locate your order.
Important notice: If you have agreed to a drop-off authorisation with the delivery service, the recipient is responsible for the whereabouts of the shipment.
In this case, we cannot provide a replacement.
