It is not possible to change your delivery address yourself after receiving the order confirmation. Please check that your delivery address is correct before finalising your order.

The order will be transferred to production very quickly and the shipping label will be created. This is how we guarantee fast delivery.

Subsequent changes to the delivery address are therefore only possible in exceptional cases and only during our service hours in a very short time window after receipt of the order.

We will of course endeavour to adjust the delivery address.

If the goods are returned to us, we will contact you and of course resend your order to the desired delivery address free of charge.
