What is Sublimation Printing?
In sublimation printing, a special ink is applied to a specially coated printing paper using a sublimation printer. This is then transferred (sublimated) onto the material to be printed under high pressure and great heat.
The printable surface must have a polymer coating and therefore a certain polyester content necessary for ink absorption.
